چکیده

We study a multi-group SAIRS-type epidemic model with vaccination. The role of asymptomatic and symptomatic infectious individuals is explicitly considered in the transmission pattern disease among groups which population divided. This natural extension homogeneous mixing SAIRS vaccination studied Ottaviano et. al (2021) to network communities. provide global stability analysis for model. determine value basic reproduction number $\mathcal{R}_0$ prove that disease-free equilibrium globally asymptotically stable if $\mathcal{R}_0 < 1$. In case without vaccination, we asymptotic also when $\mathcal{R}_0=1$. Moreover, > 1$, unstable unique endemic exists. Global Stability of the Endemic Equilibrium of Multigroup Sir Epidemic Models

ABSTRACT. For a class of multigroup SIR epidemic models with varying subpopulation sizes, we establish that the global dynamics are completely determined by the basic reproduction number R0. More specifically, we prove that, if R0 ≤ 1, then the disease-free equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable; if R0 > 1, then there exists a unique endemic equilibrium and it is globally asymptotically ...

Global Stability in Some Seir Epidemic Models

The dynamics of many epidemic models for infectious diseases that spread in a single host population demonstrate a threshold phenomenon If the basic reproduction number R is below unity the disease free equilibrium P is globally stable in the feasible region and the disease always dies out If R a unique endemic equilibrium P is globally asymptotically stable in the interior of the feasible regi...

Global stability for cholera epidemic models.

Cholera is a water and food borne infectious disease caused by the gram-negative bacterium, Vibrio cholerae. Its dynamics are highly complex owing to the coupling among multiple transmission pathways and different factors in pathogen ecology. Although various mathematical models and clinical studies published in recent years have made important contribution to cholera epidemiology, our knowledg...

Global stability of multigroup epidemic model with group mixing and nonlinear incidence rates

In this paper, we introduce a basic reproduction number for a multigroup SEIR model with nonlinear incidence of infection and nonlinear removal functions between compartments. Then, we establish that global dynamics are completely determined by the basic reproduction number R0. It shows that, the basic reproduction number R0 is a global threshold parameter in the sense that if it is less than o...
